Naomi joined City Legal as a trainee in 2018 and is now a practicing lawyer within the firm.
She was conferred a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malta in 2017, following the successful submission of her Research Paper, entitled ‘The Right to a Fair Trial: The Application of Article 39(1) of the Constitution and Article 6(1) of the ECHR to Competition Law Proceedings’. Thereafter, she sat for and graduated with a degree in Master of Advocacy in 2018. Naomi was subseqeuntly admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2019 and later that year became a member of the Chamber of Advocates.
Naomi is part of the litigation department within the firm with her main areas of practice being civil law, corporate and commercial law. She advises and assists clients with regards to tortuous and contractual claims, general corporate and commercial issues, data protection, employment matters as well as negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
